I am hoping to add to a conversation that has been one of the most serious reality checks of recent times that more of us could do with a little nudge towards, and a topic that is somewhat frightening considering the actual likelihood of the issue occurring. I totally and perhaps frighteningly get the reality of it through much of my work as a clinical psychotherapist working with child trauma from both adult and child clients. I see the after effects and the now impact. As this is such a serious potential outcome for us all, we may just need to put more focus as a society on this topic in the next few months years and definitely decades, for the sake of all of humanity. No kidding. Shit got real, and it could be the saddest end to us all.

For the purposes of understanding this blog please go and Read some of Naval Ravikant’s propositions about Enders, or watch Rob Reid’s recent Ted Talk (2019), or perhaps for a fabulous synopsis of the main ideas held within this article listen to the After On podcast episodes 44/45 with Rob Reid and Naval Ravikant (this may be a good option to see where I am going with this article).

In brief Enders are human beings who may just annihilate all of us, and press the Fuck you all or End All button, also known as a “Hurt Others escape hatch” in Transactional Analysis…
