Cybertrauma: The biggest dysregulation by proxy the world has ever seen because, well because…technology and information transmission a la WIFI and no I’m not talking the type that your router uses but human WIFI.

Yes, this is another Covid-19, Corona, Infection, Viral type blog. I know you’re probably saturated to the max with these and may only get around to reading this post panic, once social distancing becomes a social norm. We are not sure how long this will last so I am getting on with the blog writing for now whilst my PhD seems to be on hold.

I have been saying for a decade or so that Cybertrauma is caused and created by humans and computers, shared by both and impacts humans only. Perhaps more so by humans who share information with the intent to hurt another through the mediums of bullying, trolling and so on. Nevertheless, it’s a trauma that occurs through the medium of cyberspace/digital communications.

I recently watched the biggest version of Cybertrauma occur and it was carried out in the name of safety and intent to save lives. This was the dissemination of vital knowledge which caused panic/distress, yet also what is interesting is the spread of misinformation versus that much needed, hopefully accurate stuff shared that is needed to save lives…
